Executive Resume Corp ("ERC," "we," "us," or "our") provides executive resume writing, career positioning, and related professional services. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through executiveresumecorp.com, our email communications, our checkout process, and the services we provide.

• Contact and inquiry information: your name, email address, service interests, inquiry details, and the contents of communications you send to us.
• Professional and service information: resumes, LinkedIn profile information, career history, employers, roles, accomplishments, target positions, professional goals, feedback, and other materials you choose to provide for your engagement.
• Purchase and transaction information:the service purchased, purchase amount, transaction date and status, and related customer or receipt information made available to us by Stripe. Payment credentials are entered directly into Stripe's hosted checkout. ERC does not receive or store full payment card or bank account numbers or card security codes.
• Website inquiry and chat information: messages submitted through our contact form or website assistant, along with limited session information such as the page viewed and a temporary session identifier.
• Technical information: internet protocol address, browser or device information, referring page, request logs, and security or diagnostic information collected by our website, hosting provider, and payment provider.

How We Use Information

Payments Through Stripe

We use Stripe to provide hosted checkout and payment processing. When you begin or complete checkout, Stripe may collect transaction, contact, billing, payment method, device, cookie, and fraud-prevention information. Stripe processes payment information on our behalf and may also use information for its own security, fraud prevention, and legal purposes. Review Invitations and Trustpilot

After a completed engagement, we may ask you to provide an honest review. If we use Trustpilot to send the invitation, we may provide Trustpilot with your name, email address, and a limited reference associated with the engagement. We do not send Trustpilot your resume, career materials, confidential correspondence, payment credentials, or email attachments for this purpose.

ERC is responsible for the invitation data and Trustpilot processes that data to deliver and manage the invitation. You may unsubscribe from review invitations using the link in the invitation or by contacting us. If you choose to post a review, the review and the public profile information you select are handled under the Trustpilot Privacy Policy. Reviews may be publicly visible and may appear through search engines or other services that display Trustpilot content.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to:

• Service providers that support website hosting, security, email delivery, payment processing, customer support, document delivery, and review invitations
• Professional advisers, insurers, auditors, or financial providers when reasonably necessary for business or legal purposes
• Government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of our services

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.

Please do not send payment card details, government identification numbers, medical information, or other information that is not needed for your engagement through email, the contact form, or the website assistant.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, or object to or restrict certain uses, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping obligations. You may also opt out of review invitations or promotional communications. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
